In short, i think Waxwell is malnourished/unhealthy
In long,
We know that he is constantly tired because of his natural debuff (could be from BURNING OUT constantly. pun not intended)
And malnourishment causes the user to be more tired than usual, which is obvious in the eyebags on his default skin that i DOUBT is makeup or anything else
With his twisted design theres 2 lines on each side of Waxwell's torso, which remind me of ribs
And his legs are slightly sticking out from the waist, a common thing malnourished people have (you can search up references and you'll see what i mean)
This is all the evidence i have since, as i said, i can't look at his dialogues bc i dont think the wikipedia for him has them yet, and neither do i wanna matchmake with roaches in a trenchcoat

The current storyline is:
Nectar has recently been rescued from a lab, which was rundown and extremely horrible to its subjects. She is a bipedal cat who has bright green, almost acid-like wings. Along her body, she is entirely white, except for yellowish spots on her tail, whisker pads, and ear tips.
Pinkie is an entirely white-furred bipedal kitten, choosing to remain in that form by her own preference, with a pink sweater, pink hat, and a few golden bracelets.
Ask about anything! Certain topics(like the lab) risk getting less informal answers, but others(like pinkie) may warrant more information! If you want an ask to be specifically directed, it might be, or it might not be.
