Neither of Sylver's parents are Sylveons (though they both have a parent each who is). Her mother is an Umbreon named "Odessia Denrina", and her father is a Glaceon named "Ibess Gullimore".

Odessia is of Dutch heritage. Her mother was a Sylveon that had 3 sets of feelers and her father was a shiny Espeon. She was raised in eastern Ontario.

Ibess is of French heritage. His mother was a Leafeon and his father was an albino Sylveon named "Neigétiole" who naturally lacked feelers (meaning he evolved without feelers). Ibess was born and raised in Quebec.
