My Yellowjackets pet peeve is that in the pilot episode there are some establishing shots that are very clearly supposed to be teen timeline and in one of them you can see One World Trade Center in the background and that has always bugged me cause this is pre-9/11 babes

You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love - Olivia Rodrigo
The lyricism occasionally feels underdeveloped but it is sonically the most interesting I’ve heard from Olivia Rodrigo. Tbh I am not typically looking for incredible lyricism from pop music, I think a catchy, well rounded album is more important for pop, and this album is very successful by those metrics.
With every album that Olivia Rodrigo puts out there is clear artistic development that you can track. I feel this album is the height of that development so far. 8/10 :)
Highlights
Honey bee - very sweet/ reminiscent of a lot of sad pop music/ pictures of you - Chappell and a lot of weyes bloods work (which is funny bc both have done backing vocals for Olivia).
My way - reminds me a bit of metric/ very much like dead disco with the synthy bits
