I stand with Tim Cook on this issue. Allowing the government to bypass encrypted information is akin to basically letting them into your bathroom as you shower. Privacy is important. The FBI states that they would only use the software necessary to do this in this one instance but when has the federal government ever done the things they have said they would do? By allowing the FBI to do this Apple would set a precedent that could spiral this country into a totalitarian regime the likes of 1984, where nothing you do is hidden and Big Brother watches your every move. Think about the implications this has and join the argument. Let the Federal Government know that this is not ok.
