Therefore. I believe Prowl would never choose a light-speedy-small type of alt that he usually has in canon. So answering your question, yeah! I think his (and other bots) alt mode WOULD be rather big. And yes he would be able to drive through walls haha

I am not educated on cars enough to tell you exact model though. Something that would survive a Quint munching on it🤔 at least for some time

Yeah I wrote Jazz’s mech to have a bit insane amount of joints so he can move like he is possessed by the devil haha

And yes Prowl kinda? Has them? He defaults to having Cybertronian-like legs but he can transform them to be more like Jazz’s. The catch is - he absolutely fucking CANNOT walk on them akdnfhfhv

When Prowl gives Jazz the control he sorta opts out of physically controlling himself so his face ends up pretty much copying Jazz’s expressions by default~

1. If Jazz gains access to the battle computer and neural link, like in Bebop, will they be able to sense each other's emotions and see what each other is thinking?

2. How deep is the neural link? Will Jazz be able to feel Prowl's tactile sensations while he's connected to it?

1. Jazz's helmet doesn't have the option for transferring emotions because it was made to pilot a machine. It only understans the computer..y? part. So Jazz can see Prowl's stats like tacnet results and damage and amount of fuel and temperature but he cannot feel Prowl's emotions.

2. He can feel stuff like pressure and temperature but he can't feel pain. For the same reason. His helmet as a technology wasn't built for transferring pain.

It's like if you're trying to send all the different signals to a phone that only has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth haha

I really like to think that he would take a moment to sit down and properly account all the changes, only to stop and discover that the changes were much more complex and detailed that he initially though.

On he would ABSOLUTELY yes haha

I love that Jazz lives and breathes violence in the most efficient and brutal ways that he can. That he takes everything he has on hand and in his environment and through improvisation makes it an extension of himself: a weapon. That he knows he’s going to die doing this one day; could be today, could be in a handful of years- but he’s going to go out in a blaze, taking down as many enemies as he can.

I am FROTHING AT THE MOUTH over how Jazz drifting with and piloting Prowl changes their dynamics and approach to what they need to do. Prowl can no longer aim to be or prioritise support-range-tac guy. Jazz can no longer be brute-force-weapon-improv guy. Prowl gets so caught up crunching numbers from sensory input that his reaction time is slow- but Jazz doesn’t, so he immediately responds to the threat. His piloting reaction time is faster than the guy who has always been a (living) robot. Jazz cannot account for all of the variables in combat and still get anything done- but Prowl can, and being synced up like this means he can in real time have near complete and cohesive data to follow to optimise his skills without taking unnecessary hits and jeopardising Prowl’s frame. Prowl can no longer prioritise avoiding combat as much as possible, and Jazz can no longer recklessly throw himself into a fight and shrug off damage. Their synergy is going to be devastating to their opponents anyway.

Adjusting to the shift in priority and process has got to be so incredibly jarring- except in part for when they’re completely in sync and everything else besides their shared goal fades into background noise. That weird itchy-tingly feeling of Jazz poking at Prowl from the inside will probably never completely go away. Jazz will probably never manage to get a personal handle on Prowl’s TACNET without the provided personalised filters. But Prowl is about to learn what it means to be a beloved extension of Jazz in battle, and Jazz is about to discover the rush and support of sharing the mental and physical burden in a fight- from the mech he’s currently piloting. As well as the horrifying realisation that he CANNOT DIE PILOTING PROWL OR PROWL WILL MOST LIKELY (92%- fuck) DIE TOO.

Prowl gets to experience the intimate and immediate knowledge that Jazz fully anticipated an unavoidable early death the moment he successfully finished drift compatibility training on his planet. Which wasn’t very long ago at all actually. Hoh boy

Okay no but seriously. It is not uncommon for Tf media to have a cybertronian spaceship with a human living on board. Verity was pretty comfortable living with Wreckers in IDW. Tf Cybertron has quite a lot of humans living/travelling in space with Autobots as well as Armada. And (my favorite lol) Star Saber successfully raised a whole human child in his space station in Tf Victory :D

So. Whatever conditions cybertronians can provide for humans. Well they’re not terrible that’s for sure. Maybe not very convenient due to the size difference but not dramatically bad either. Getting some shampoo/soap/oil/vitamin/conditioner isn’t a problem but finding a human-friendly-version-of-alien-conditioner is. You know what I mean. Jazz would be stinky and miserable for some time at first but he’s clever he’ll figure it out👍 Probably would look for aliens who’s hair/fur resembles human hair the most and start investigating from there

Well, what if he meets Primus in the afterlife? They have a talk, and Primus brings him back to life. As a human or a cybertronian. Either way, the matrix shows itself just to bring him back. Queue all cybertronians freaking out in the middle of a battle. Well, more than usual.
