Trying to be happy, but overthinking ain't gonna let me

My heart aches, I don't know why but it's getting worse

I'm at my fucking limit

My health is insanely getting worse

Loneliness is brutal.

Well, shit

I'm starting to affect whoever is around me, they don't have to accept what I'm doing or the negative vibes I'm giving, Eventually they won't be able to take it and I'll be completely all alone, again. I can't let that happen, I need to fake my smiles I need to act like everything's fine, it's exhausting but I literally have nothing else to do

It feels like I'm standing all alone in the rain, in the middle of a highway, everything's blurry, I don't know when will I get hit, the loneliness is hurtful, despite having my friends here but no one really knows what I'm going through, I can't move on from what I knew till now, Eventually I will I know but it hurts, and will keep hurting till we move on

Started to physically feel weird things, I can't even describe it at all, but it's not good at all..it hurts

Anxiety is hell

I've always taken care of others, but never myself

I figured out how fragile and weak I am
