my personal favorite is the electric toothbrush, because they work wonders when they're on or off, you can brush a sensitive nipple back and forth and let the softness and nagging sensation do its job, but you can also surprise them by turning it on mid brush, going from their nipple being swaddled in a thousand soft bristles, mounting apprehension and anticipation, only to turn them on and let them squirm and scream from the activation, so many moving soft little parts with the sole purpose of undoing them
