Soooo I was telling a story about being in an audhd group where this woman kept showing up extremely late and expected us to always cater to her whims but it was causing some of the other members to have meltdowns and shutdowns after the event because plans were always ruined

And of course being online someone replies and was like "it's cuz you're fucking ableist" and then blocked me. Which reminds me that people like this exist. They only care about their own needs. They think they're the only person with a disability and if someone else has needs, it doesn't take precedence.

I hate that the autism community has become you're either right and hold the same belief that everyone else had, or you're ableist for even asking for understanding if something is unclear and it's not searchable.

I'd rather meet someone who was wrong and corrected themselves with info and learning than someone who always needs to be right
