To my 25 - 35 year olds, you've reached the age where people around you are starting to give up on themselves because they think it's too late. Don't let that energy rub off on you. It's not too late.

25 was pretty much rock bottom for me, but also a huge turning point health-wise (got a hysterectomy) that let me start clawing my way back up. 30-31 was peak pandemic but also my life immeasurably improving thanks to ending things that needed to be ended (no contact with parents, divorce). 32 I started some much needed therapy, also started taking this business much more seriously and got set up as a partnership LLC which has been able to fully support me & my partner & my dog. I'm 35 now and in better health with a more stable life than I've ever had before. 👍 Don't give up. Keep going
