OK so look we all know Pokémon and we all know Pokémon mechanics if you’ve ever played any RPG you’d be very familiar how it works but why hasn’t the franchise gone full RPG I mean they are but like fully like

• classes/backstory that affects the stats of your character not your Pokémon your character

• Class Pacific weapons and armor certain armor that you have to wear fighting certain Pokémon

And since the first Pokéball was made a while ago

• set in the medieval ages where Poké balls don’t exist yet so you have to domesticate every Pokémon by your hands and fighting them or befriend them so they can gain your honor and respect

• a human party that follows you around who all have their own Pokémon that you can use Pacific battles because you’ll have a type of advantage

• having a chance for your Pokémon to run away so you have to gather resources and different types of food to gain their friendship level more up so they’ll have a lower chance of running away and a higher chance of listening to you
