Some quick stuff about some of my favorite muses

Death. Look, he’s the grim reaper, the physical manifestation of the inevitabile demise of all living beings. He looks intimidating but he’s a sweetheart who has mad respect for living beings, for humans who can accomplish so much and find so much happiness with such a short lifespan. He loves the living, he’s compassionate, he tries to comfort the dead and to help them on their transition to the afterlife. He’s just an all around good guy.

Samael. An Archangel and a baby. Though he’s over 2000 years, he’s physically 12 and is still a baby. A murderous baby who’s killed more people than one can count because they fell to his manipulations. An absolute mommy’s boy who will do what his mom says like a loyal puppy, but also a sociopath with some yandere tendencies. 10/10 good at putting on the ‘sweet and kind child’ facade. 

Points at his fellow Samael.

“The food, I will agree, is exquisite! The escargots are just to die for! And then there’s this restaurant that serves the most delicious cooked salmon!” Mephistopheles hummed as he spoke. “I’m not much for games, but I’m sure they must be something to have your attention.”

Lore takes her times reading the whiteboard before replying. 

“Oh okay. I just want to make sure you can be alright at this time of day. It can be dangerous.”

She nodded, fidgeting a little when Lore mentioned it being dangerous. She wasn’t... good with danger. But she felt reasonably confident in her ability to run.

Alas Ramus was confused. Had she done something wrong? She always saw Lucifer pressing the buttons on this laptop, so that was how you were supposed to use it, right? Did she not press the right buttons?

“But I wanna play with it!” She said, trying to reach for the computer once more. Which was easier said than done, considering Lucifer was still holding onto her hands

He tried to stay strong, really, he did. But, maybe being on Earth was making him softer than he realized because he didn’t have it in him to keep her from his laptop, no matter how much he valued the device. 

Or, maybe it was because he was afraid that if she started crying, then he’d face the full wrath of the Satan Jacobs once more. Both were fairly likely.

She had to think about that for a second. She had never really been left alone with Lucifer, so she had never put much thought into what she wanted to do with him.

Eventually, however, she seemed to decide on something. Toddling over to the purple-haired boy’s area, she crawled onto his lap, and looked at his laptop.

“I wanna play on the ‘puter.” She didn’t even wait for Lucifer’s permission before she began smacking keys on the laptop at random with her tiny hands.

“H-Hey! Wait!” 

Sure enough when she started keyboard smashing, tabs started shutting down, pop-ups started popping up. It was a technological nightmare. 

He quickly and carefully snatched her hands into his own, trying to keep them off the keyboards while trying not to hurt her as he did some quick damage control. Good, nothing accidentally bought. Nothing accidentally posted. No keys broken by toddler strength. No harm done.

“Anyone have those days where you’ve just woken up after being dead for thousands of years, the humans your wife experimented on that you tried to save have become a bustling demonic race that have waged war on humanity, and your wife has apparently made herself out to be a God for the duration of your time absent from the land of the living?
