Sword waves a hand in front of Rocket’s face, watching as his eyebrows furrow in frustration at the calling. He lifts his head up from his crossed arms on the desk, nose bridge scrunched up in irritation.
“What?! I was having a perfectly nice nap, idiot.”
“The period is over…”
Sword points at the crowd of students gathering by the door, slowly flooding out into the sea of people outside of the classroom. The teacher waits for every student to exit before leaving for her lunch break. She honestly looks tired, which is understandable when more than half her class slept or talked through her lesson plans.
“Oh. Whatever. I didn’t need your help to find that out.” Rocket sat up straight in his chair, arms still crossed and angry-looking.
“You would’ve slept until school went out if I didn’t wake you—“ Sword felt a bit of pride in saying that, Rocket definitely needed him.
“Skate would’ve come to get me…”

“BOTH OF YOU BOYS, OUTT!!!!!”
Ms. Force shouted at the top of her lungs, startling both boys out of their conversation. They quickly scrambled to grab their bags, rushing out the classroom to lunch.
