i would like to apologize for abandoning it without saying anything, even tho that was over two years ago at this point

there’s like five things in the inbox and i’d like to apologize but i’m not answering them bc i can’t tell how long ago they were asked and i don’t wanna answer them NOW, most likely years later

especially the legitimate questions lmao

a lot of them are compliments tho so thank u if ur one of the ppl who sent one in i appreciate it

i can be found (on tumblr, at least) at my main blog, @pawnshophearttradingup, these days, tho don’t be fooled by the fob username, it’s a mixed bag of content and not a lot of band content nowadays

anyway i guess this is just a post to say, officially, that this blog has been Abandoned (but like. two years. i’m sure most ppl were aware of it)

i’d maybe like to do something like this again one day but maybe on another site, or in some other format

this isn’t an april fools joke or anything, i did only intend to use this blog for a year

well, okay, originally i thought i’d keep going after i finished like “Day 365+1 of 365″ or something but things changed

it got really hard to pick a song every day and certainly not any songs that really had anything to do with my day (which is why my commentary in the tags stopped being like every day after a while), and then tumblr changed it so i couldn’t upload audio files of copyrighted music anymore? (so i think some of my old posts don’t work anymore, i’m sorry for that)

so i decided that, yes, today would be the last day of my music blog (excluding if i ever decide to come back to post other stuff, in which case i probably won’t follow the rules i’ve previously set for myself, like it’ll be whenever i feel like rather than daily and i can post as many or as few a day as i want, idk i just would feel bad for completely abandoning this blog)

it’s only an unfortunate coincidence that the last day is on april fools, i just started this blog april 2nd, 2014 so it wound up being that way

thank you! i’m surprised i made it this far, even tho i did forget to post twice and just posted two songs the next day to make up for it

i would’ve thought i’d give up on it earlier on
