when people say “keep transmen out of women’s spaces” because it’s never actually about that it’s about that it’s about keeping transmen out of places that have to do with THEIR HEALTHCARE!!
“it’s never okay to be a man hahaha” or the far more offensive “omg you’re so well passing, I covered my drink around you” .oh that’s not-…Hey so that’s not okay at all to say. Treating transmen like they’re evil for being men is fucking weird. I understand being cautious but bullying transmen/transmascs for being masculine is so so fucking odd to me. NO ONE IS GOING TO TAKE “OMG I CANT BELIEVE YOUR TRANS, YOU LOOK LIKED YOU’D ASSULT ME” AS A COMPLIMENT WTF?!!
treating the idea of not being a woman as misogynistic…? And treating transmen transitioning as a phase for attention before they can medically transition (like the same way people treat not like other girls phases)…are we devolving as a society?
along that same idea that transmen only transition because like like BL?? I’ve seen this idea more on TikTok than tumblr but like no?..you don’t go up to transwomen and say “oh you only transitioned because you liked a couple wlw ships.” Like huh?!
saying that tranny has only ever been used against transfemmes WRONG!! I got called a tranny at school almost everyday and I’m a transman so suck my balls.
“trans men don’t experience misogyny” yes they do fucking dumbass. Tell that to every single experience I had where I was told I couldn’t do something because I was born AFAB. Tell that to every catcall I got from the age of 10 and up, every SA threat, every assault. I’m sure 12 year old me would love to hear about how getting groped wasn’t an act caused by misogyny.
