finally reached post-eternal alliance swtor and… it delights me how often there’s a conflict with like a dozen jedi using the force and swinging lightsabers… and then there’s theron shan with a gun. sir… the grown ups are talking, put that gun down. go play on your ipad back on the ship, sweetie.

andronikos revel is essentially the sith inquisitor’s emotional support bum. his romance is so underrated. their dynamic is so cute. just a psycho space witch and her violent pirate boyfriend.

going to the comment section of the OG swtor trailers and seeing nothing but, “see disney! this is the female representation that we want!” but it’s just satele shan doing some backflips with a dual lightsaber. and i say that as someone who loves that deadbeat mom. my jedi knight sees her as a mentor and also dates the son she didn’t raise. we love a queen who follows the jedi code. but! in the context of those trailers… she’s just a lady doing backflips. any depth of character is in game or in comics.

one of my favorite things in swtor is what i like to call “jedi baseball team” moments. it’s basically when there are too many people on screen with awkwardly held lightsabers. they end up looking like a baseball team on discount beer night about to fight their way out of an angry stadium with their baseball bats. and it’s always funniest when the lightsaber colors are all over the place.

so, if anyone has a republic roleplay guild on the starforge server that’s 18+, could you hook a lady in her thirties up? i used to do like d&d style role play when i was into wow, so i’m not a total newbie. really looking for something jedi friendly, but it doesn’t have to be jedi specific. tbh, i can roll a character on another server if the pitch is tempting enough.
