I only rewatched season 2 twice (unlike season 1 which I watched like 12 times), but I rewatched all Jancy scenes a lot of times because, you know, I love them, but I noticed something: their plot was bad written indeed, it was basically lazy writing but there are some scenes that we can clearly see that are not complete, that they filmed it and simply deleted after. Yes, that’s something very common but it made their scenes look weird and incomplete most of the times. 

I decided to reunite some of them 

Jonathan saw their fight and that confused the audience.

He was in the same room as them and saw everything. It may seem like it was just a mistake but most people (and even Jancys) never noticed that, therefore, they can form any opinion about the whole situation (like actually thinking that Steve asked Jonathan to take Nancy home when he actually left her at the party, drunk, alone and unprotected). 

Jonathan’s concern with his mom and Will

Yes, this scene is Jancy related. Jonathan and Nancy finally consummated their love the night before, whilst Nancy looked satiated (thank you, Jonathan) and in a good mood, Jonathan seemed distant. He had sex for the first time ever with the girl he loves last night and his face was just that all the time:

Something seemed off and the next scene showed me why: they did film a scene before the breakfast one. He tried to call to his house and no one had answered already. He was concerned since the first failed call. 

Yeah, we could’ve had a cute Morning Jancy scene.

Leaving Murray’s and a possible talk about what happened last night(?)

Months ago, the Stranger Things’ make up artist Amy L posted some pics of Natalia as Nancy and one of them included a still from a deleted scene.

The fifth pic is clearly from their trip back home. I think that they talked about their relationship or something because they felt like it wasn’t that important for the plot and just deleted it.
