That last conversation wrecked me. Well and truly. And if I hadn’t been crying already, I would have started at this point:

There is only one thing that the Doctor could have said, only one thing that Clara knew he would say, and wouldn’t want him to. And I do understand: dying, she didn’t want what should have been a first to be also be a last—and more than that, a last so full of unfulfilled potential:

“Jim isn’t homophobic” Are you sure? I’ve read a tumblr post where it was said that rinch fanart made him feel uncomfortable. I don’t know if it true. (well, maybe see porn of yourself could make anyone who is not a porn star uncomfortable?) but nothing was said about careese and I’m sure there must be porn of them too.

Jim doesn’t get on the internet. To my knowledge Jim has*never* said or done anything that was homophobic. Jim has never said or done anything negative about shipping or fanart. If someone told you Jim is uncomfortable with photo manipulations then they are ether making an assumption based on his Catholic faith (which is hella rude and stereotyping) or they are transferring their own issues onto a man who says he unplugs at home and doesn’t even have internet. So unless someone thinks fans have *SHOWN* Jim printed out art and he commented on it in the negative then all the evidence suggests that Jim Caviezel loves his neighbors as himself and tries his darnedest to turn the other cheek.  There is a reason the man played Jesus.

Now, Jim has said on many occasion that he does NOT like to do love scenes with female co-stars. That when he was co-starred with Jennifer Lopez he insisted they wear pants and that she wear a shirt during a love scene. He is quoted as saying “The only naked breasts I want to fell next to me are my wife’s” and on kissing J-Lo “Not as good as kissing my wife”

So, make of that what you will.

Given the giggle fit JC had when Malcolm McDowell was molesting his knee (golfer movie blooper), the deadpan “I’ve been watching your ass” in PoI bloopers, and the rather close relationship he seems to have with ME, I’m of the opinion JC isn’t homophobic. Any discomfort probably stems from seeing a character of his in fanworks, since more than a few actors get uncomfortable with that.

Don’t blame ‘em, really.

As for the love scene thing, nudity is overrated. Partially clothes is sexier! :D
