No label, doesn't identify as a caregiver but can act as one, he still likes helping out

Will look after Mikey if there is no one else around, or if Mikey wants to hang out with him specifically

Acts as an older brother caregiver to Mikey

Usually likes to regress by himself, is opposed to anyone knowing

Finds out after everyone discusses Mikey being a regressor, but keeps it a secret

Regressor/permaregressor (literally says he never mentally matured past age 6, in S4E6)

Likes almost anyone and everyone to take care of him, feels the most comfortable around leather head

Casey

Like Donnie, he's unlabeled but can act as a caregiver

He's kind of an older brother type of figure to Mikey, more like a bad influence older friend

Best friends since they were both little. From a trans boy and his Popplio, to a trans man and his Primarina. They may have different aesthetics, but they are the best of friends!

I think we'd get lots of looks from people? Because we're so different from each other, there's no way we could possibly be friends right? Well, they'd be wrong.

Together we'd go on so many grand adventures! We'd have battles, contests, performances! We'd make so many new friends along the way. Even when we'd make mistakes, we'll still have each other!

A trans boy is a Pokemon trainer. One day, he was feeling very dysphoric. This caused this trainer to age regress to a young age. His two Pokemon, Primarina and Lucario, see that their human is acting and feeling a lot younger than he usually does. These two Pokemon act as temporary caregivers for the age regressed trainer to care for him and help him with his dysphoria.

Lucario helps get its trainer changed into one of his diapers, which help him when he's age regressed so young. Primarina gets its human some comfy clothes to change into and one of his pacifiers for comfort.

The Pokemon trainer begins to feel safer with his two Pokemon helping him. He feels so small, but he doesn't feel alone with them by his side. The trans guy ends up spending most of the day age regressed with his two Pokemon. His gender dysphoria slowly lessons as the day goes on.
