If your account actually got terminated you wouldn't be able to post, so they probably just marked you as sensitive content and sent you the wrong email. I had my account terminated and it forcibly logged me out and I couldn't sign back in

I don’t know if it will work, but you could still try to email/contact support, just in case. There are some blogs that also got terminated but sent an email and support restored them

I know the way the anon is talking about, and if you do it you'll just put yourself at more risk. People have found that it'll fuck you up in the long-term if tumblr realizes you've done that.
