“No disease is cured directly, but only by restoration of lost health — which loss is the real cause of disease.”
Practical Nature-Cure (9th Ed.) by K. Lakshmana Sarma, 1956
This is the main point of the book. The idea is based on the fact that the "Germ theory" is and always has been only a theory since there is no evidence that any bacteria or viruses, from which the latter don't even exist, are or have been the cause of any disease. Instead it's our own life choices, especially dietary, and certain environmental and psychological factors that are to blame. Once we fix our environment and/or diet, most if not all diseases (unless it's already too late) are not just symptomatically cured, which is the only thing modern medicine cares about, but rather radically cured.
