training with you! maybe they're cocky and challenge you, or maybe they finally give in after you pester them over and over. meeting up with them at the gym or being brought to their hideout. they would make sure you stretch before anything! ( and maybe admire the view . . . ) if you're doing hand-to-hand combat training, they would wrap your knuckles carefully and monitor your form. if you have a superpower, they would learn as much about it as they can, and encourage you to ( safely ) push your limits. ˚｡⋆❀˖°

at the end of the day, they would be so proud of you! they're grateful to know you can hold your own and defend yourself, even though they would rather be by your side 24/7 to keep you safe. they would massage any sore muscles you have and make sure you drink lots of water. and maybe go out for a little treat afterwards, as a reward! ˚｡⋆❀˖°
