Okay that one was Barry, I'll give you that, but then later,

Okay maybe that's ambivalent. Plus, I can't be sure that exchange was between Cisco & Barry or Cicso & Felicity, but either way, Caitlin & Cisco were both there and it wasn't subtle, but just suspicious. Presuming Caitlin and Cicso are particularly dense in this scene. But then, later in the same episode, Felicity says:

If I had a nickel for every time The Arrow told me to back off, I would be as rich as Oliver Queen, who I only mention because he's the richest person I know, or used to be.

The explanation for mentioning Oliver is terrible and delivered as a very obvious lie. A toddler could deduce that Oliver Queen = The Arrow.

and I noticed something in the process. The scene in question is Oliver & Thea reunion scene from Season Two, you know this one? V

The one where Thea turns around and is beyond excited to see her brother. I don't know about the rest of you, but I've also been so distracted by Thea's reaction that I missed two important things.

One) THE EYEROLL

If you watch Roy's reaction instead of Thea's, you'll see that while Thea is busy bridging the distance between herself and her brother, even starting to throw her arms up for a hug, Roy is busy rolling his eyes.

(Is he rolling his eyes because he's frustrated that Oliver immediately pulls Thea's attention away? One wonders...)

Letting the scene continue to play, you'll see the siblings embrace. Awww.
