I don't like how much of a milestone 21 is to a lot of people because if you don't partake or feel the want to partake in drinking or smoking people kinda give you shit for it

I've been doing some self reflection/searching(?) about the whole I grew up in a religious cult thing and since I am still Christian after deconstructing and getting older and realizing the pastor/"prophet" is intentionally twisting scripture and making vague "prophecies" this me paraphrasing but theyd be like "There will be conflict in the middle east' or "There will be a great storm in the Caribbean" for his and his family's own financial gain(is not was, cult is still going strong) and I REALLY need to get re-baptized because i don't think that should count

Today went phenomenally well

When I went to the thrift store I Immediately found the right size knitting needles I needed for my project even though they were all just in a bin

I was able to find the dress I wanted on clearance

I played a claw machine when it was on the payout and won on my first try

I got a cool shirt I was going to buy as a gift

I found a new LPS set that I've been looking for marked dow

MY SUMMER CLASSES ARE OFFICIALLY OVER!!!!

#Now to wait on grading #I know unless I absolutely failed one of my finals I'll be ok because I checked the what if grade on canvas and 25/40 still leaves me with #And I feel like I can only get that low is if I turned in an incomplete assignment #And I only half did the source page formatting #And my last class didn't have an actual final but I still should be fine

I find it odd how the we care about children and families party is the same one gleefully jumping up and down over poor families food stamps getting cut in half if they're even allowed to get them anymore

I like to put fabric over my millipedes' tank to keep it dark because where it's sat is kinda close to the window and I want to keep it dark for them and I MISSED watching an ink cap mushroom grow

They only last like 2 days and when I took the cloth off the cap had turned black and small and was wilting, I love ink caps so much and I'm so sad I missed it ink cap-ing

#I'm bummed about it #But it's also great because now the spores are all up in there #And also my soil is GREAT #Don't let anyone tell you sterilizing untreated softwood free dirt from your yard won't be good substrate #If there's plant growth even if it's just grass or weeds there's nutrients #I knew the set up was good because of the babies but mushrooms after babies is a really great sign #Because that means the soil is still nutrient rich

Found out my birth control is probably why I got a bunch of spider veins out of nowhere

#It's a phone store I know good and damn well you don't need full staff on ANY day of the week #But no everyone wants you to work on the weekend when the bus only runs like twice #3 days a week for 7 hours I understand that that isn't a lot but nowhere here actually schedules anyone enough for benefits #I thought that would be a good thing #If I can't get an on campus job I'm going to crawl in a hole

#For a team lead of all things #I've never worked before #Little worried about that but it also pays barely above minimum wage #So I think it's just a title #They do offer training though #So they could just be desperate #Which is somewhat concerning
