I only take payments through PayPal invoices in USD. There has been a few instances of people/bots trying to scam me by asking for my PayPal username and email, likely to steal my information. PayPal is the safest way I have available to receive payments and protect my privacy, so please respect that.

How commissioning me will look:

I receive your message in which you state your interest in commissioning me.

Once I message back, you will provide me with what you want drawn, a reference of the character(s) you want drawn, and either a reference or written description of how you want me to draw them. Including pose, any changes to the outfit, what they will be doing, ect. Please be as detailed as possible to avoid confusion.

I will send you the final price, and once you have agreed and paid 50% of the agreed amount as a non refundable down payment, I will begin work on your art. OR, you can pay me the full amount up front and I will proceed as usual from there.

At the sketch stage, I will do a few rough drafts, you will pick the one you like best, suggest any changes you want made, and I will edit it until you are happy.

After this stage, I will then receive the other 50% of payment before I continue to do any other work.

I will then do a cleaner sketch, then line art, flat colors, then full shading if that is what you paid for. I will send you progress updates at each stage, and make any edits you want done. After the full image is complete and you have confirmed your satisfaction, I will do 3 minor edits free of charge.

After 2 weeks or less, given nothing came up to prevent me from working, I will send you the finished artwork.

If you are commissioning me to create a character from the ground up, no worries! Just provide me with any inspiration you want to inspire the character, and I will work closely with you to ensure you get exactly what you want.

DO NOT comment on my posts asking for a commission. I will assume you are a bot. DO NOT ask to move to a different platform to talk other than Bluesky.

By messaging me, you're agreeing to the following terms:

My art is for personal use only, such as a profile picture or banner. You will not use my art for your business without my permission, that includes as a business logo, merchandise, advertisement, and any other way you would profit from doing so. I charge charge 75% - 200% more for this service. If you do so behind my back, I will block and blacklist you from commissioning me ever again.

I reserve all rights to my artwork. Unless requested otherwise, I will post it as I see fit. I can put the artwork in my portfolio. Putting my artwork through any kind of AI engine is prohibited.

Sharing and reposting my art is fine, but please give credit to either my tumblr or my bluesky.

Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise as I see fit if I decide to sell such things in the future.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

I hold every right to refuse or deny a commission if the subject matter makes me uncomfortable or does not fall under my skill set.

Be patient. I will not always respond within a day, and updates may be spaced out. Rush orders or any kind of deadline may lead to me refusing the commission or giving a rush fee.

To ensure you are reading this TOS, please send me either a picture of a pet (doesn't have to be yours, just one you know personally. If you don't have access to a photo of a pet, just say "insert picture of pet here" and I'll know what you mean) This will grant you a free silly doodle of said pet.

Do not pressure, insult, belittle, or be rude to me in any way about my prices. If you do, I will add a 20$ rude-fee or block you at my digression, and I will keep 100% of any payment you've already made to me.

First half of payment a down payment and will be received by me before I start any work at all. Second half of payment will be received by me before I send you the finished commission.

If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

I will only be receiving payment through paypal as of right now.

In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum)

Once the full image is complete, I will send you two versions of the final piece. One without my watermark for personal use, and one with my watermark for social media posting.
