Happy Friday! Today was a much better day 😊! It was still hot AF. But, I accomplished more of my to-do list. And, I’m finally feeling more rested. I also got my workout done a bit earlier today!

Today was a cardio only day for me. I hadn’t done a proper step aerobics workout in quite a while. So, I decided to go with a single riser step routine. I like to do step at least once a week to train balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. This is especially important as we get older.

Total calorie burn = 364 kcals 🎊

I plan to take a rest day tomorrow and focus on step count and tracking my food/water intake.
