Like i wouldn’t have an issue with it if the landlords stressed the water issues 2 these people before letting them have their summer vacation here. Last summer our well ran dry & we had no water for days at a time cause there were 6 ppl taking endless showers before and after going to the beach and doing their laundry constantly. The pump needs to be turned on and off twice a day to maintain moderate function for the 5 people that live here and work full time. And when the tank inevitably needs to be filled bcs there’s not enough water in our well to sustain a tourists watergreed, the landlord gets mad at us that he had to spend $800 on the water truck. Like budy. Budy . Please.

when landlord says his friends will be staying in the vacant moldy unit for the month of july: oh boy i hope it’s not 1 mean white woman 1 mean white man 1 white baby and an aggressive off-leash German shepherd that will try to fight my dog .
