huh. only a second ago it seemed nikko was traveling by boat to explore the other areas surrounding lake lilac and suddenly appeared here. time really does fly by. ❝ uhh... i dunno. i kinda just, wandered here?? but... i wouldn’t mind that tour thing you mentioned. ❞ wouldn’t hurt to see what this place was like, after all.

❝ just talked to max and neil for a little. ❞ lowering his arms, a shrug follows. ❝ we were gonna sneak into the counselor’s cabin but then max disappeared and neil decided to work on his science equipment instead. ❞ there’s disappointment resting in his eyes as he states such, but nikko tries not to make it that apparent. ❝ soooo, i decided to walk around camp again, and now i’m back here, heh! ❞

“I forgot to tell you this nik, but if you see anything glowing or humming, don’t touch it. For fucks sake don’t put it in your mouth either.” Neil looked out of the corner of his eye and saw nikko picking up a… stone? possibly. “You heard that last part right?” 

❝ what?! ❞ a jump as he’s caught off guard by the timing, before he just stands there in place, rushing to hide the object hastily behind his back.  ❝ oh, uh- of course! i didn’t touch anything glowing or humming or mysterious or even pick up anything with those EXACT traits in particular! hahah, no need to worry!! ❞  the words are all messily jumbled together, making him come off as both anxious and tense. yep, nikko definitely wasn’t a good liar whatsoever.

❝ sugar, got it! ❞ his footsteps echoed throughout the large room as he promptly bolted off to search high and low for any sign of such. though, something catches his attention and he's pulled from the current task at hand. stepping towards what he saw, he decided to pick it up without a second thought. it looked like... some kind of gemstone? well, he wasn't sure, but regardless it still appeared really cool!
