It's amazing how people still see Jax as a just jerk, even after the show ended.

Find me a show where the fandom justified violence and bullying more than a circus.

In the show some horror was supposed to come from the disconnect between the audience and the characters.

A characters limbs could stretch, their nerves, skin, and potentially bones being pulled far away from them, the tension and pain constantly building but never snapping seeing how the laws of psychics prevent you from potentially breaking and creating an end to it, allowing for this to possibly go on for hours.

And to the viewer it’s just their limbs being comedically stretched

Jax’s abused this. His whole justification for treating everyone like shit being how goofy it was, how it wasn’t real and that it’s ‘bugs bunny shit’ to steal the twitter user’s words

In the game, AM was funny or at least charming and amusing to watch. He has such a way with words..

Well, I guess if he's got you this upset he must be on to something, right? Isn't that what they say? Regardless, I'm curious: would you be holding this same energy if Charlie were a woman? Even one you disagree with? Or is there a permissibility to (often brutal) violence against men that you simultaneously refuse to acknowledge while also cheekily playing into?
