I need to win the lottery so I can just comfortably exit the workforce. This afternoon a dentist had accused me of lying and undermining him when he responded on the software we use that he would see the patient + there’s a delay with messages like 20 seconds between each message ~ It sounded plausible because he did have a cancellation slot. But was pranking but I had already told patient so the fact that he only told my colleague he wasn’t seeing them but was mad because i spoke to boss about it because ur not about to say ur going to do something and then turns u were just pranking during work hours and then come out here after patient is gone to then tell me off

My Boss has finally returned back to work and then really pissed me off today and out of frustration i tell him ive got a bone to pick with him but ill wait for tomorrow ~ he said something about dinner, i just want to vent my frustrations regarding stewpid decisions clinicians have made from the moment he went off grid for holiday ++ the trainee nurse has already been told off bc how can she tell the senior receptionist shes not coming into work on monday bc she went thorpe park so shes tired and she doesn’t like working with the children’s dental therapist like that’s NOT a legit reason to call in sick. There’s a handful of us who push through the work day bc we’re grown + team players + if boss on holiday, we can’t get a llocum unless it’s been arranged by him a month in advance
