However, I am certain the thing I was attempting to highlight through referencing this timeline between Kotoko and Yuno has not been lost. Yuno tends to be a reasonable and leveled individual that when pushed far enough will lash out on another person. Shown by how she complains at the beginning about hitting Kotoko hurting her hand.

This is incredibly similar to how Rei is illustrated to be in her handling of the situation with Mu. Mostly putting up with the bullying then lashing out once things became too much. Yet, once she does this she settles again almost immediately then once more removes herself from the situation. Yuno doesn't seem to like lashing out at others violently, instigating issues, or even revel in hurting the feelings of others who have wronged her.

Instead given her characterization in Milgram she seems to handle conflict in a pretty leveled way. She does not continue to instigate, give into Kotoko's goading by hitting her more, and even hopes the other party will understand her perspective one day. Not excusing her own behavior with her hurt or pain but boldly admitting what she did was petty and unjustified immediately after.

All this makes it clear to me that Yuno does not enjoy resorting to violence unlike Kotoko and Mu have shown themselves to,

In a way Yuno and Rei were both bystanders. Not in the traditional sense as shown with how Yuno volunteers her help to Shidou when Mahiru is injured and continues to care for her after Shidou's death.

Yet bystanders in an emotional and defeatist sense. This is seen with Rei through how she first tolerates her own harassment until snapping and lashing out in anger. Then again with how she sees Mu begin to go through the same things she did but doesn't nothing to intervene with it. She treats it as the natural course of things when she's on the receiving end of it and after she is freed from it. Certainly Haruka's spine was protruding out of his back but how was she meant to know he may be starving. She's not a doctor. But everyone wants to blame Mu and ask how this happened while no one is doing the same thing to Yuno.

Mu’s out here in last years clothes and some people really believe that her knife isn't going to be the last thing in Yuno's chest. That or people simply have not considered or are simply not interested in considering the idea that her knife could very well be the last thing going in Yuno’s new clothes ordering, consistent privilege having chest. She'll definitely do this if she’s told yeah retaliating because someone’s life circumstances are better than yours, you're queen, and deserve everything and them having more than you is a slight. For lines I wouldn't cross and still wouldn't looking back on it. For things I could forgive and couldn't. To an extent one aspect of Milgram's nature is testing the resolve of the audience. Testing not only how we react to other people's choices and the consequences of them but ours as well.

It's tests and strains one's confidence their personal beliefs while asking from the on set for all involved to look past their egos, look past what we want these characters to be, forego our best and worst interpretations to see how they have consistently been.

At the end of the day this is just my interpretation of the things that played out so far. Mu could be Innocent and prove me wrong. She could do a complete 180 in the last half. However, I'm not holding my breath for it.

I'm just stating honestly that I can't say with one hundred percent certainty if Mu will kill Yuno if she is voted Innocent, the same way no one could say with certainty Amane would kill Shidou if she were Innocent trial two.

Derailing for a mild flex we could say that Shidou would let a child kill him though because he said he would out the gate but take your w everyone who said it was that myself included of course! That guy who wanted to die at the hands of a child from the onset when given the opportunity to instead of living with his loss did fully knowing it would jeopardize the physical and emotional safety of others around him.

That is all I can say about that at this point because at the end of the day Shidou as a character had to live with his choices and Amane as a character has to live with her choices. I can take solace in knowing that at least during the Second Trial voting the precedent of characters being killed off hadn't been set in stone like it has been now. So, a lot of people were being wishful and hoping for the best in regards to a lot of the voting choices made back then. However, that precedent has been more than set now. We were given three clear cut examples of what Yamanaka is willing to do for the sake of remaining true to the narrative he wishes to tell and the characterization he set out to write as well as in response to the audience's verdicts.

One of which we were directly warned about by Mu as she attempted to leverage Haruka's physical safety to secure her Innocence in the same way she now leverages his death. I can only view voting Mu Innocent now as an attempt to placate her (literal fawning) in the hopes she doesn't do any of the things she's done before again later, a direct refusal to engage with Mu's characterization on the terms it sets, or just plain wishful thinking.

It's really just comes off as putting one's faith in wasp to not sting them again as it goes,

Let's compare the way Yuno discusses Mahiru (someone who's death she wasn't intimately involved in other than trying her damn best to avoid it as mister malpractice decides to put in his two weeks by taking two to the fucking chest) and the way Mu discussed Haruka.
