it hadn’t been too long ago that sawako was released from school. but even so, she couldn’t help but to get practically drenched in the rain. it wasn’t like there was any way around it though; she had forgotten to bring an umbrella and none of her classmates would offer one (they were all to scared).

though it may not have been the best idea at that moment, sawako would await for the bus’ arrival while casually wringing out the water from her hair – only for the rain to continue to dampen it.

   No one was really prepared for the onslaught of heavy rain that drenched the streets after the final school bell had rang that day, Yamato’s bag contained all kinds of practical stationery and curiosities however an umbrella wasn’t one of them.  

So it was that the schoolgirl had to sprint to the nearest form of shelter which was luckily soon provided in the form of a bus stop; shoes slapping against the wet concrete slowed to a stop and Yamato barely steadied her breaths before noticing another presence. For a mere moment she thought they were a ghost! The sleek hair that hung like an ink-black curtain around a pale face, where the skin almost looked translucent. Still, she couldn’t imagine the burden of having to dry such a length, so she reached into her bag to retrieve a small coral pink hand towel and offered it to the stranger (ghost?) with an insistent;

Nodding at her questions; Lucy deciding slipping off her shoes placing them together near the door. Sweets did sound good right now, still Lucy wanted to see what other’s room looked like.

❝ Mhm ! I’d love that, A nice tour then cooking. ❞

   “Right! Well, through here is the dining table and kitchen,” she indicated towards the room with a nod before stepping through the open doorway. The decor was fairly simple, dark wooden furniture with potted plants dotted in corners. 

A smile was welcomed with well another smile, it was always nice to have “normal” friend like yamato. Just as she took a step in rain began  to come down hard. A chuckle escaped her lips as she was glad to make it here before it rained.

   “And you can learn from those skills too! I have plenty of books to pick a recipe from -- whatever you want to bake!”
