Half-assed 'whataboutism'...

Under Obama, ICE was doing its job (however unpleasant) which was to enforce immigration. And some people did take issue with it, but it was more about the policy and philosophy behind it that people disagreed with. There wasn’t ever (as far as I recall) questions of constitutional legality. And he simultaneously protected other immigrants with things like DACA.

ICE wasn’t converted into a militarized occupying force that attacks citizens in/near their homes and often arrests them purely on the basis of their skin color in order to throw red meat to the vile racist minority of the country that most heavily supports the current president, all under the guise of “enforcing immigration.”

Same goes for under Bush II. Under Trump’s first term, it wasn’t this bad either. And under Biden, ICE resumed doing its normal duties.

So if I understand this correctly he's stealing 10 billion dollars of our tax money for this bullshit board of peace scam and he's also charging every other country who joins 1 billion dollars...

For some context: People have been blowing whistles or setting their car alarms off to alert people that ICE is nearby. Of course they've been unlawfully detained for warning people.
