every year i'm baffled that fireworks are still legal here. i mean even if they weren't people would 100% still figure out how to get them but the fact that there's basically nothing stopping you from doing a whole backyard 4th of july spectacular in the middle of a suburban neighborhood at 9pm... that's not positive amazement to be clear i think if you're setting off the biggest loudest fireworks you could find in a residential area you should be flayed alive

i've spent the last few years confused as to why people suddenly did what feels like a 180 on lululemon and started calling it a luxury brand when i remembered it being cheap mlm garbage and only just realized ive been confusing it with lularoe this whole time 😭 im sure lululemon is also some wildly overpriced fast fashion shit but i was thinking of it & remembering like clips of lularoe 'consultants' storing their stock in leaky garages and leggings ripping like tissue paper LMFAO

the like button on replies is really funny bc its not like there's a way to sort by most popular reply, at least not that i know of. and you cant see who has liked a reply if you arent the person who wrote it. so liking a complete stranger's reply is basically just saying directly to said stranger "Yessss i agree 👍" and does nothing for making the reply stand out more or rise to the top or anything else that would be a normal consequence of more likes on a comment on any other social media

food delivery was a day late & the box arrived crushed to shit with the ice packs melted and was sitting on a truck in 80-90 degree weather for an extra day and a half longer than it should have and all the food measured 40 degrees and over when we got it . 😐

standard sized bottles of tonic water are like always just big enough for 2.5 gin and tonics the way i make them (relatively light on gin and heavy on tonic) and it pisses me off bc it means i have to open a new bottle of tonic water if i want more than 2 drinks
