Hope you are doing well.

Yesterday we had a conversation on the topic “why food, sleep and exercise is crucial to success.” We were four members named Shiva, Sathish, Krishna and me. We started this conversation with introducing each other and later indulged to the topic. First of all Krishna gave his thoughts on why one should have good food in everyday life and avoid junk foods to stay healthy. Then Sathish explained the importance good sleep and how it impacts efficiency of the one to achieve success. Really that was a wonderful conversation guys. See you again soon.
