Surrender.
Nudity is not sexual. We are all born naked. I don't see why so many people get uncomfortable wearing the skin mother nature gave us. All of us.. we all have it and it is all beautiful in it's own unique way. Clothes were initially created to protect us from external hazards. They have no other 'real' purpose. They are a societal construct. And though they are a form of expression, they also hide our natural state. Nudity is natural. To be nude is to be in ones natural state, it is not a show for someone else. It is simply us and our bodies. Nudity should not be paired with the fear of being objectified, or sexualized. Sexuality is a choice of expression and is not directly correlated with being naked.
I'm not here to tell you what should be empowering for you and your body, it is unique and personal to every individual. This is empowerment for me. I'm not here to tell you what you should and shouldn't do with your body, therefore don't tell me what to do with mine. There is no shame in being comfortable in your own skin. We all have our flaws and insecurities, and though I do throw shade at my saggy mom boob, I am very much comfortable being naked and in my skin.
