For this project, ProSpec, LLC supplied Marmosmart Fossena tiles by Casalgrande Padana—chosen for their durability, precision, and refined aesthetic.

The Barbara Kleiman Men’s Shelter is a major redevelopment project in East Williamsburg that transforms part of the former Greenpoint Hospital campus into a modern 200-bed shelter with support services and community facilities. ProSpec, LLC contributed high-quality tiles and installation materials to support durable, functional interior spaces for this impactful community project.

The 218 India Street development in Brooklyn blends residential comfort with commercial functionality. For this project, ProSpec LLC provided durable tile and flooring solutions that support both design appeal and long-term performance. Key materials included MAPEI tile installation systems, Pro Linear wall tiles, and Schluter edge trims.

ProSpec, LLC supplied materials for this stunning project led by MHG Architects and built by Monadnock Construction Inc. as GC/CM. Papasidero Marble & Tile LLC played a key role as the subcontractor.
