So this is it, the only hose that was not replaced, hidden very well..

Back home, and stopped again. I have a leaking radiator hose, and I also forget the key in the car and drained my battery. Double fault on the first day home, but at least we were driving fast on the way home :)

New headlight cover coming soon, now waiting for painting. I have removed the original for color reference, and replaced with a spare red one.

We are back home, the tricky problem solved, we are running great! It's time to have some fun..

All hoses replaced with new.

Fuel system upgrade step 1: Walbro fuel pump, Tomei fuel pressure regulator, Z32 fuel filter and all fuel lines replaced.

Custom radiator hose installed.

Successfully started the Nissan part catalog program (called "Fast") in a virtual machine running XP. Some part of the UI is in Japanese, but better than nothing :)

The trickiest part so far - we are installing an SR20 radiator on CA18 engine (due to a misplaced order), so we need to totally reroute the upper radiator hose. The shiny new part in the center is a water outlet from a Nissan Exa (11060-D4200), which faces right, not left, as the original RS13 outlet.
