5th of April, Tuesday: 8/100 <plan>
I have to stop crying like a baby. I have to be smart, healthy and have some money to help my country. So my priorities so far are: 1. Do my job and donate money for army. 2. Eat healthy, stay calm, have a good sleep. In future these will help me be more useful! 3. Pray, believe in ЗСУ and help my parents. food and water: It seems not really interesting to write this every day, but it's working. healthy food, plenty of water, 1 coffee, no sugar! training: go for a run. job: read first para and do my best. - finish old PR - get a new task, start a PR - sprint planning. - discuss lecture in university with girls. french: 1 level Duolingo + yesterday's beauty habits (like a mantra): - no slouching: day 8. - be pretty. - walk slowly. - talk slowly and softly. home: Good idea to spend every day 20-30 minutes for cleaning instead of doing this all Saturday. - 20 minutes cleaning :) find a perfect elliptical trainer as a b-day present for mom. b-day present for R.'s dad 4/6/22.

4th of April: Monday - 7/100
Yesterday was really hard day for me. I've seen all the photos from Bucha, Ukraine. My heart is in pain. We had 3 alarm raids through the day.. Yesterday was difficult.. I did not wake up at 7AM, I woke up much earlier because of sirens. My work day was completely not productive. I discussed few problems, fixed tests and that was it. I literally could not concentrate. food and water: I had a plenty of water: that's a must now. Food was not completely healthy, maybe 80% ... To calm my mind I made a polish soup Żurek, chicken and potatoes. Also did a little clean up. french: Duolingo only 4 lessons, I'm going to catch up today.
4th of April, Monday: 7/100 <plan>
It's a week of my 100 days of productivity challenge! Cool. I love Mondays. You can start from scratch every Monday. wake up at 7AM. work: - no slouching (day 7) - yes, now it's part of my productive routine because most of time while working I am sitting on awful position! Definitely need to control it. - 10am meeting - my goal now is to prepare to every morning meeting. That will make me look more professional and push me do better job. - finish all my PRs, push people, be mean :) training: - little exercises if I'll have time. french: - Duolingo 1 level. home: - make a soup! - wash clothes and clean the dust. beauty habits: - no slouching: day 7. - be pretty. - walk slowly. - talk slowly and softly. finish Personal Letter: - check grammar and explain everything. food and water: I had to much cheat meals this weekend, so now I should be more strict about my food! No sugar. 2 coffees max. A lot of vegetables.
3rd of April, Sunday: 6/100
running: 3 km done! Moreover, it was snowing today! Snowing in a middle of spring! In April! I found my tracking shoes because my running shoes haven't seen snow. That was amazing! I so proud of myself! personal letter: did 85%. Tomorrow I'll review it and fix some grammar issues.
food and water: as I planned I had a cheat meal at breakfast, but I was pretty strict through other part of a day. Had a plenty of water, of course. Almost forgot: my psychologist yesterday told me that I am looking much better than before (I was looking and feeling really bad at the end of February when the war had started). Nice that someone else also notices that I am making good changes. French: 1 level on Duolingo - done. Today is Sunday and I've proceed to the Diamond league again (11th week). Yaay! NOTE: Have to plan my German lessons also! beauty habits: I'm copy pasting these every day just to remind myself to do it. I know It's always the same and pretty boring, but I won't skip and will build a habit! - no slouching: day 6 - I triiied! - be pretty: not done at all ;) It's Sunday.. - walk slowly: 50% of a day. - talk slowly and softly: the same. haven't finished the cleaning, but I met my parents and brother and that was lovely! Dad is making it better after breaking his arm, that was nice to see.. Love them and miss them. We initially planned to go for a walk, but they were late and I went for a run without them. So we met at my house later. NOTE: try to see parents every weekend. This week I haven't read a page. What. A. Shame. I do love reading. I don't want to make myself do it, let it be naturally! That's it for today. Next week gonna be amazing, I'm sure!

Go for a run with parents and brother. Proceed with cleaning: - dust - wash clothes - vacuum cleaning - organise clothes Personal letter: finish! PRs: try to fix the big one PR before Monday! food and water: eclair for breakfast :) and then salad, salad and again salad! French: 1 level in Duolingo.
2nd of April, Saturday: 5/100
training a little walk (3 km) and a cleaning session.
social met with my sweet friend Oksana. I had 2 coffees in a row :) had a call with psychologist, it was a 1 month break on my therapy because of a war. food today was my cheat meal day so I had a croissant with raspberry and mascarpone. Delicious! for dinned I had a tuna salad with an egg. and a plenty of water. cleaning - dust: not done, leave it for tomorrow. - mop the floors: done. - wash clothes: done. - clean the kitchen: done. - bathroom: done. beauty habits: - no slouching: day 5 - at least I'm trying. - be pretty: done. - walk slowly: eeem... nope (2 coffees, maan) - talk slowly and softly: same thing... Didn't have time for PRs and for the personal letter, so these two will be my priority #1 for tomorrow. No photos today, just chilling.
