I built the protagonists house from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in The Sims 4!

I rebuilt Copperdale High :)

I made the classrooms, cafeteria and bathrooms closer together so your sims don’t have to run far. The club and skill rooms are on the second floor. And I also added an indoor pool, gym, and basketball court to fill out the rest of the lot. I’m most proud of how the lobby/entrance looks.

Been a while since I posted a Newcrest update. Here’s a nice house I made for two sisters who inherited the place from their grandmother. One is an artist and the other is a spellcaster.

Struck with inspiration for lilsimsie’s building newcrest challenge thingy, I made this very dated, base-game only family home. If you’re following along, this one was for the 75k simoleon budget. As an added challenge, I did not use any cheats, not even move objects. 

I’m very happy with how this turned out. I love the home theater in the basement and the secret office behind the bookcase door. This just screams ugly old dated “grandparents’ house” to me. You know, if my grandparents were rich and had a huge pool. 

Completed the $80k lot from @lilsimsie’s Newcrest layout “challenge.” Pushed myself to do something out of my comfort zone, which is modern and black/blue. The outside is very uhhhhhh well it’s green!
