                a tentative second passes, and then instinct steps forward.              trust excludes itself from her movements, but she draws closer           nonetheless, muscles still tense, guard still up, and lowers her nose         very slowly to press against the other's hand, despite the pain she's in.          she doesn't need help. she could make it out on her own; the wounds           would eventually heal. but something warms her to the idea of letting                pessimism have the benefit of the doubt; give her a good try.

                     whilst they walked step by step towards a IMPULSIVE plan, a                         f e w people crossed them by foot. motors’ sounds filled the                         evening with urban noises and gas emissions. so far they’ve                         only got into a simple understandment but not a real plan.

                    a sigh, and a pointed look over her shoulder at the other.                         legs continued ( along with the rest of her ) in the direction                        that had been indicated, and she spared a somewhat                           joking smile.
