"I know a little pizza shop here with the best plain pizza which means all the topped pizzas taste awesome too. Does that sound good?" She hasn't missed that Tim didn't pick up on her flirting earlier. Or maybe he did and just isn't interested. Either way, she's not going to bring it up. She's just happy to have her friend around again.

"It might also have to do with the fact that I stopped a near kidnapping the other day and that rush... I didn't realize how much I'd been missing it until then." A short laugh escapes her. "I sound like an addict."

Then his eyebrows rose as he let out a low whistle. "Can take the girl out of the vigilante scene but can't take the vigilante out of the girl, huh?" He asked, his small smile showing in his voice. "But I hear you, the adrenaline rush kinda is addicting, honestly someone should do research on it." His smile fell. "But that's still a huge decision. Not one made lightly. Sleep on it for a few days. You know we'll all support you no matter what you decide but you should be absolutely sure even after this latest adrenaline rush has worn off."

"You're probably right. More thinking on it. Tim? Thanks. I knew you were the right person to talk to about this." She smiles a little shyly and places a hand on Tim's arm. "Now, no more gloomy talk. Wanna grab some pizza?"

A smirk on Cissie's lips betrays that she's proud of making Tim blush. "Thank you, Tim." She presses a quick kiss to his cheek and then lays her head on his shoulder. "I've missed this." It's been a while since she's had time with all of her friends like this and she's making the most of it. She also might still have a bit of a crush on Tim.

Her admission that she feels something has been missing in her life since she left the superhero life behind is not something she'd tell just anyone. It goes to how much she trusts Tim and values his presence in her life. She rests one of her hands on his around her waist. "It's been hard being away from all of you."

"Alright. I'm sick of watching others walk into danger and that meaning that maybe my friends don't come back. What if I could do something to prevent that? What if I could do something good? What if I could make a difference, and I didn't?" She knows that's not a good enough reason, but she wants it to be. "I could, no, should be helping any way I can and I'm not. I'm sat here like a lump letting my friends take the risks."

"I missed you guys too. I'm sorry I had to keep avoiding hangout weekends for a while there." He replied, voice barely a whisper so he didn't interrupt the others who were invested in the movie.

Oh hey! Cissie's calling! He hasn't heard from her in a while! "Hey Cissie, how's everything? You doing okay? You need something?"

“Well, the Nigiri variety of sushi doesn’t really come as a roll per se, but we’ll get an order… Come on, enough talking about food, I’m starving.” Tim tugs at the blonde’s hand starting to head for the door. “You’ve got everything you need, right?”

Cissie’s hands in his, Tim starts to swing his arms a bit idly and nod before expanding on her idea. “Oh come on Ciss, I’m starving… One roll, shared. That usually makes like– eight pieces of sushi. I’d hate for either of us to leave hungry, meals are portioned for one. But- tell you what. We can order different things, and share that way?”

“Might sound kinda gross, but if there was such a concept as sushi pizza, life would be made… How about he go to one of those hibachi grill places? Dinner and a show, we can start things off with the sushi?” She said that she didn’t want to pick, but he still wanted to see how she felt about it.
