Can you recommend your favorite white to use on woodwork? The large room has afternoon sun, antique serapi on the floor, peach, medium rust and dark turquoise colors pulled from the rug. I am thinking about selling the home and told to paint white!. I have beige/tan woodwork now.
Hi,
Thank you for your message.
For a fresh, preppy, and timeless look (especially one that will appeal to buyers), I’d recommend Benjamin Moore White Dove (OC-17) for the woodwork.
If you want to keep a sense of richness, use White Dove on the trim and maybe a slightly warmer white on the walls, like BM Swiss Coffee (a bit warmer and deeper), to create soft contrast.
Kind regards,
P&P
