Last week, on the first day of Mental Health Month, we asked you two questions:

What are you doing today to make life easier for yourself? And if you feel up to it—if you feel like you are in a good enough place yourself—What can you do to make life a little bit better for someone else?

How did you answer last week? Has your situation changed? Maybe you feel a little bit stronger this week. Maybe you feel like you need a little more help. Whatever the case is, consider letting your followers know what you’re doing. Make a post. Tell ‘em what you’re doing, or plan to do, for yourself or someone else. Inspire each other, Tumblr.
