i hate having a body a lot of the time but like. ughhhh I GUESS taking care of it will make me feel better. i wish i could hit a reset button somewhere in my head so that i wouldn’t hyperfocus on how much fat my arms and stomach have on them. but i can’t, so i just have to ignore the itch that’s telling me to get rid of the fat. because the fat is supposed to be there, if i want to be able to live a normal life. and if i want to have enough energy to paint, and to dress up, and to, like, Grow my hair back. i hate how complicated recovery is.

#this isn’t a pro relapse post. I’m going to stick to recovery even if i despise how my body looks #because i hate my arms. BUT. i hate having thin hair even more. so i’m not going back.#sighhhhh. all that stupid sick work just to end up back at square one. i really wish i’d never gotten a taste of what it was like to be thin #i wish i was confident and proud enough of my real work and art to not feel the need to define myself by my body.#i wish i could believe when people compliment how i look now that i’m recovered. i can barely feel compliments at all now #i just need a break. i’m thinking about relapse because school is getting busy and i need something to control. i’ll be ok after finals.#i’m ok. i’m doing ok. this has literally been the most productive semester of my entire college career. i just need to internalize that #peepee ramble #tw ana ed #ana recovery #tw ed discussion
