Taking this time to briefly yap about my lack of art posting for the past year or so (heck I made this acc and forgot about it). I’ve been busy with selling at art markets so naturally the art I did make have been what’s marketable to the public. Unfortunately, what sells aren’t the most fulfilling for me as an artist. Don’t get me wrong I love making cute stickers and silly meme button pins but I felt myself stagnating. I tried to make art of my OCs like this one to sell as prints at events that are more original art focused but my prints pretty much get ignored. It can be really disheartening because it takes me a lot of time to make one full illustration and that just doesn’t work for the timeline I’m on for cons and art markets. But what can I do? I’m just gonna keep making art of them and post them on my accounts. Maybe some people will start recognizing my girls the more I yap about them. Wishful thinking. But for now I like my OC art and my friends liked this print too soooo yipieeee.
