woah,  was  that  nari  im  i  just  saw  pulling  into  beaufort  high,  blasting  pretty  girls  by  reneè  rapp,  in  their  ice  blue  90’s  toyota  corolla  ?  i  didn’t  think  they’d  actually  show  …  last  i  heard  the  twenty  seven  year  old  was  making  a  name  for  themselves  as  a  musician  in  los  angeles,  which  makes  sense,  considering  they  were  voted  most  likely  to  become  famous  their  senior  year.  if  the  rumors  are  correct,  they're  self-aware,  elusive,  and  resentful.  but,  a  lot  can  change  in  ten  years,  especially  when  you're  hiding  redacted.  nonetheless,  if  you’re  trying  to  find  them,  be  sure  to  whisper  nana  and  follow  the  trail  of  the  soft  crackle  of  a  vinyl  record  ;  fingerprints  pressed  into  a  fogged  up  car  window  ;  shadows  dancing  on  wallpaper  in  a  hotel  room  ;  scattered  polaroid  pictures  pinned  to  a  corkboard  &  the jagged  edge  of  a  broken  mirror  —  they’re  probably  somewhere  nearby,  sipping  a  whisky  sour  and  pretending  to  build  tiny  origami  animals  to  dodge  small  talk.  let’s  hope  all  those  years  rewatching  black  swan  taught  them  enough  to  make  it  out  of  this  weekend  in  one  piece.
