i just find it so…sad/disgusting that there are all these men literally enraged that ‘no women find them attractive’ and then lash out at women as a whole because of it. meanwhile like, as a lesbian, it’s statistically harder for me to find another wlw and i have never ever felt angry at a woman for not being attracted to me? it’s just so clearly noxious male entitlement and i wish they could realize that their experiences are not normal

every gay girl i’ve spoken to agrees that one of the most humiliating and demoralizing things is having a straight girl thinking you’re coming on to them simply bc you like girls and it….really fucks with our relationships both platonic and romantic bc while other girls get to sit on each others laps and sleep in the same beds and playfully grab each others asses we’re putting up so many walls just in case our straight friends think we’re after them. 

and bc our conception of relationships with other girls in general is so fucked and suppressed we have no idea how to navigate our emotions when we’re actually attracted to another girl and want to pursue it

i’m sick of people making me feel like religion is not mine to participate in. i’m sick of people dismissing my religious future based on my decision to embrace a future where i am also happy and gay. i’m sick of people talking about gay marriage and the impact it may have on religious life instead of involving us in the discussion. i’m sick of trying to exist in both worlds whilst making sure that neither world overlap. it’s too hard to keep up, feeling as though i don’t belong in either place.
