We will be setting up our own patisserie on the 5th floor Harvey Nichols 9th-21st June selling patisseries and tisanes. Hope to see you there!

The first Snickers workshop will take place Sunday 23rd March. Don’t be shy all our courses are designed for beginners (trust me its easier than it looks).

I want to share all the various components with you; our runny salted caramel recipe, how to make crisp sandy cocoa rich pastry, how to line french tart circles perfectly, the making of a light Valrhona milk chocolate dome and homemade peanut praline paste plus beautiful shiny glacage to decorate.

We will make some beautiful individual tarts plus one whole tart. You will assemble and decorate them and then take them home after. You will leave feeling confident enough to make your own Snickers at home, or a variation of your own. We provide recipe sheets for you to keep.

We have teamed up with Baileys to create three beautiful pastries to celebrate Mother’s Day.

In partnership with Baileys we are hosting two free and exclusive workshops on Mother’s Day so you can bond over baking with your mum. We will show you how to make two out of our three Mother’s Day desserts, including our Baileys and Peanut Butter Choux Bun. And the best part is, we’ve been given some spaces to the workshops to give away on our site!

We will also provide you with the foundations to invent and create your own edible works of arts for your enjoyment too.
