What I find in joy may vary from yours. I just hope that these few things will cheer you up just as it did for me in my darkest times.

Games. A great way for the mind to escape and forget memories for a bit. Depending on your mood you should try them based on genre! I personally like MMORPGs for their adventure and fights (Mabinogi & Final Fantasy 14) but I do dabble in dating sims (Our Life: Beginnings & Always, Hatoful Boyfriend), and cozy games (Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, etc.). I'm recently trying out the new game Infinity Nikki! It's got cute clothes and beautiful graphics!

Don't feel like doing anything? Just relax and watch something. My go-to will always be anime but a movie or cartoon works just as good! Got a comfort show? Put that on. Got something on your list that you've been meaning to watch? Now is your chance to watch it! Doomscrolling on social media is also comforting in a way (at least to me because my FYP is filled with memes).

Just remember that you have free will. You can go to a grocery store at 8PM and literally bake a cake if you ever wanted to. Buy some peas and go to your nearby park to feed some ducks. Secretly learn magic tricks to impress to your future friends. Idk live your life how you want. Free will be crazy like that.
