POORSTUDENTWAYS

Being an undergrad for three years it is so so easy to drop $3 for a hot cup of coffee from Starbucks especially on cold winter days for a 8am genetics class.  I have dropped LOTS of money on caffeine at Starbucks because

it keeps me awake during class

it smells delicious as I walk pass it every morning

it is everywhere on campus

However I noticed my wallet size shrinking and shrinking each time -- let's face it, it is way over priced. I transitioned to purchasing school owned cafe coffee. They're practically half the price compared to coffee from Starbucks. Of course the quality of the coffee cannot compare, but it serves it function of keeping me awake.  

This had ponder my mind for a while, are feelings are that important? Do we act on logic or with our emotions? I find myself acknowledging my emotions, but i will never follow through with them just because I am too lazy. 

" Oh i'll see him next time ! " "maybe next time" Sometimes it just takes too much work to engage in conversation with a stranger, and logically it is just not the right timing especially when you're working.
