i don’t know if you understand that he is not your wing man and i can guarantee that he will not try to help you be dan’s girl friend or something.

as someone who knows what it’s like to constantly be underneath someone else’s shadow, it’s not that i would hate having this great internet famous brother with a job on international radio, and tons of subscribers, bc i’m sure dan’s a great brother (but i wouldn’t know that considering like about 99% of you I DON’T KNOW EITHER OF THEM PERSONALLY) , but what i would hate is that while on my own blog all people seem to care about is not me, but him.

No matter what happens, they are so much more than the anxiety they struggle with. 

Trust them and let them learn to trust you.

Be honest with each other and don’t claim special treatment towards them if they don’t want it.

A panic attack can happen anytime and it’s important to be understanding and supportive.
